BLESS THIS PLACE. I worked on a certain medical unit 4&5 years ago. I've done one treatment... And my short term memory instantly improved. I just meditated after spending 5 hours working out for the first time since 2019... And during meditation my mind broke through a trauma loop its been in since 4 years ago. I have no words... At the ripe old age of 56 I was at my highest weight ever of 214 lbs. and becoming increasingly immobile. I had been suffering from long Covid complications with a litany of soft tissue injuries and compression fractures from a 90 mph head-on car wreck with a drunk driver on the way home from hockey that sent my vehicle spinning 70 ft. through the air.
