Cancellation policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioners day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, or arrive past 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time will be charged a $50.00 fee to the card on file.

Please notify the clinic if you are going to be late. If later than 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, you may be cancelled and/or may be asked to reschedule if the current schedule does not allow for a late arrival past the 15 minutes allot time and will be charged $50 for no show/late fee.

For Saturday appointments, the patient must give 24 hour notice for cancellation as it is a highly demanded appointment time. The patient will be charged $50 if less than 24 hour notice (NO EXCEPTIONS).
