Salvi Alday, PMHNP-BC — Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Compassionate. Evidence-Based. Whole-Person Mental Health Care.
Meet Salvi Alday, PMHNP-BC
Salvi Alday is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who provides compassionate, patient-centered mental health care for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mood-related conditions.
With a strong commitment to holistic and evidence-based mental health care, Salvi works closely with each patient to understand their personal history, life circumstances, and treatment goals. She believes that effective mental health care goes beyond symptom management and should address the whole person — supporting emotional wellbeing, resilience, and long-term recovery.
Salvi has specialized experience in the treatment of alcohol and substance use disorders and is Suboxone-certified (X-waivered) through SAMHSA. She is passionate about providing inclusive care for adolescents, families, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
At Quad Cities Ketamine & Wellness Clinic, Salvi collaborates with our multidisciplinary team — including Dr. Nicole Matthys DNP, FNP-BC — to develop individualized treatment plans that may incorporate psychiatric care, psychotherapy support, lifestyle strategies, and innovative therapies such as ketamine-assisted treatment when appropriate.

Initial Consultation (60 min)
Salvi will conduct a thorough assessment of your mental health history, current symptoms, medications, and treatment goals. This is a safe, confidential conversation — no judgment, no pressure.
Personalized Treatment Plan
Based on your assessment, Salvi will collaborate with you to develop an individualized plan. This may include psychiatric medication management, therapy referrals, lifestyle strategies, and — when appropriate — integration with our ketamine wellness program.
Ongoing Medication Management
Salvi provides ongoing psychiatric support, medication monitoring, and treatment adjustments as needed. Follow-up appointments are available in-person and via telehealth.

Psychiatric Care + Ketamine Therapy — A Powerful Combination
Many of our patients receive the greatest benefit when psychiatric medication management is combined with ketamine infusion therapy. As a PMHNP working directly alongside our ketamine specialists, Salvi can coordinate your psychiatric care with our infusion program — creating a seamless, integrated mental health plan that most clinics simply cannot offer.
